South Florida Beach Engagement Session

When couples contact me to photograph their sessions, most of the time they want a beach shoot.  Let’s face it, South Florida is beaming with gorgeous coastline for endless miles.  And truth be told most nights you’ll find me at the beach photographing couples and families.  So when we talk with clients in detail, I always try to find what particular beach or vibe they are going for.  I prefer to shoot at beaches that offer a variety of backdrops.  I get it, the beach is amazing, but added elements and different landscapes can give your images so much more WITH your beach shoot.  Boynton Beach Inlet offers considerably more in addition to “a beach” like the under explored intracoastal side, boat docks, the mangroves and the hidden walkways.  Not to mention their beach isn’t just a beach- it boasts a small pier which is fun to add character and depth and it also has huge rocks – and if you time it right you just might catch the tide and ocean waves crashing in offering a glorious display of the earths power.
